VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER

I recently relocated and it took me over 2 weeks to decide on a Fibre provider since there are so many options out there. The staff at Home-Connect continued to contact me throughout the decision process, generally this may be annoying but it actually showed they cared about my business as other providers never got back to me. I ordered my Fibre on a Thursday, the next day I received a phone call from them to find a good time to install the line in my apartment. We decided on the following Monday, the men installing the line were very friendly and even cleaned up after themselves. The router arrived on Wednesday that week and within an hour we were online. TOTAL TIME from order to being fully online was LESS THAN A WEEK despite the pamphlet showing it could take up to 6 weeks.

We ordered the 20mb/s upload and 10mb/s download, I have tested the WIFI speed multiple times and it's always very close to 20mb/s upload and occasionally even 15mb/s download speed!

Although we've only been connected for 2 weeks, we've had zero issues and TBH I wish I had chose Home-Connect earlier.

The staff are super friendly and if you're considering using them, I would highly recommend you do. 100% honesty.
