Very good set-up service but a few challenges with the call centre.

Very good sales service from Sinethemba and support from Selina. They helped me sort out an issue with Vumatel, and had my internet connected on time despite hiccoughs. Subtracted a star because of issues with the call centre. Multiple times I called them and was transferred to another department only to be summarily disconnected. Other times I called and the line connected but then immediately went dead. Sort out these call centre issues for five stars.
