Very disappointed. It is bad bad

Im very disappointed with the service.. I have been waiting for more than 2 months know and my fibre installation has not been done yet. The technician was here once the first time and told me my address was incorrect but it will be sorted the next week as i gave them the correct address, but nothing is being done 2 months later already.
