Very BAD *********** service

This is probably the worst service provider I've ever encountered.

My problem is specific to their VOIP packages. They offered me a free VOIP account with 100minuts of free talk time per month when I originally decided on them.

The problem is that you never know how much minutes you have left. You can email them a request for your remaining minutes and if you lucky you will get a response in 2 days time.

Now, they have even lost my remaining minutes and are not even aware that I am supposed to get 100minutes per month.

Another big problem with them is that they will tell me that they will investigate something and phone me back, but that hardly happens as they almost never will phone you back.

They were the cheapest when I started with them but they are not any more so I will definitely not recommend using them.
