Useless service as usual!!!
PATHETIC!!!!!! Lodged a ticket with Home-connect. Gerald promised me a new router. This was [ast Sunday. Nothing happened!!! No surprise, their service has been going downhill for a while allready, sometimes do not even respond to kodged tickets!!! Speed less than 10 Mbps at the moment.
