Useless service and Technical support!!!!

I been with Home connect for years and no problem untill last Wednesday My wifi stopped working , Line is Off. They keep saying Tickets is open and Technical Will call you . That haven't happend once!!!!! not a Single CALL!! Today is a week now with no wifi. I already spend over ****ucks on data and it's ridiculous to call Every single Day and same response over and Over . Vumatel are ridiculous Useless !!! I'm really sick and tired now!! I took 4 days off to hope someone can pitch up as i told them that technical must come out today or tomorrow so I can be at home but i can't be at home every single time . I have a job and need to work. they literally Wasted ur time and money and I honest don't know what to do now.
