Useless no service

I have been trying for a week to apply. For wifi the website is ****. It keeps taking me to the login page then after I login and check coverage then it asks me to login again when I do it says invalid I sent an email and was told someone would contact me to date no. One has I have been trying since March to get wifi first they had insisted I had wifi with Vuma but they installed at a neighbors house using my address and then wanted me to install using my neighbors address theybsaid it would be sorted within a month it's now July 4 months later. They are hopeless
