Useless ISP, never ever use or consider them

Worst service ever!!! I would recommend any other provider than home connect. Even though there was no installation done when joining them, they want to charge be a penalty for 'installation costs' incurred. I wanted to move my account to another address, but wanted to stay with home connect. I am penalized twice, and all they had to do was only activate my account. NEVER EVER EVER consider Home Connect! You've lost a loyal customer who wanted to stay with you for the long term, but because you only care about ripping your customers off I'll find myself another provider.
