useless ISP

i would not be able to ever recommend them to any one ever again.

I have a 50/50 line with them, every day the line drops to about a 3mb/s so its useless to me. also the line keeps on going on and off, this is really annoying when working from home and you are in meetings, the support staff is useless, the only thing they know about tech is that a fridge gets cold.

you wait weeks for them to get back to you wen you log a call. my line that has been going on and off has been reported more than 20 times in the last 2 months and still dont have a answer, lucky i can cancel this month.
