Useless
The most unprofessional USELESS provider I have EVER had the misfortune of having to deal with! They simply don’t care since you are FORCED to use them as they are the provider for the complex! Emails go unanswered for 4-5 days when you are lucky enough to actually get a reaponse, I have had ONE phonecall for FOUR incidents! Disgusted that I am forced to use such a useless provider and of course their Collection dept works 100% since they never fail to collect their subscription! Can’t wait to move so I can cancel this useless conpany!
