Useless customer support and useless wifi !!!

So VUYOKAZI tells me that they cannot accept my reading of my wifi because it's not connected with a LAN cable and I need a laptop for that... I did my speed test through google because it's slow and my 5G has no internet availability for how long now... I do not own a laptop, why should I keep whatever I'm using connected with a LAN cable it's WIRELESS INTERNET FOR A REASON !!! Running 15mb a second while I'm paying for 50mb !!! USELESS !!! BEYOND ANGRY !!!
