Useless Customer Service as usual

Pathetic customer service as usual. We have an outage on our street. I logged a ticket about it yesterday. There's been absolutely no follow up or acknowledgement whatsoever. I wish I had a choice for another service provider but Im stuck with this ****ty useless company called Home-Connect. I am going to move to another ISP the first chance I get....
