Useless Company

HomeConnect used to be great, but in the past year they’ve just lost their touch. Their customer service went from being fantastic to just terrible. Once a month my network stops working, the internet works for 5 minutes and stops working for 5 minutes and will do this the whole day, and does this once a month, and sometimes goes on for up to 3 days. When you contact them they log tickets but never actually help. Once again this has happened and they are absolutely useless and are not doing anything to fix the issue. I’ve been a customer for 4 years now, and get treated like this. Do better! And for anyone interested in their services, rather stay away.
