Useless

My debit order is the 25th of the month, and despite paying my debit order last month on the first of the month I am being threatened with my account being suspended.

This is the second time their useless system has done this.

Horrible online portal that is barely functional, which is extremely ironic for an ISP and non-existent customer service.

Rather pay more and get service from their competitors everytime.
