I've been trying to get some help from Home Connect but they just ignore my problem. Our link is unstable. On and off the whole time.

It's been 3 days now and still no response. Not even an SMS explaining or anything from your help desk. Its unprofessional. I am using my link to support clients and currently it's a mission to stay connected. Home-Connect is losing it.
