Unresolved connection issues

I've been experiencing connection problems with HomeConnect for the past two weeks due to fluctuating signal. Each time I call, they only fix it temporarily and the connection drops again. No one follows up and the issue remains unresolved. I am very disappointed at the service I've received from HomeConnect and would not recommend them to anyone as a service provider.
