Unreliable, unprofessional and unavailable to assist
I’m having a very experience with Home Connect service. First of all they are suddenly available exclusively on WhatsApp. Secondly, they take their time in responding to WhatsApp queries.
Their unreliable service led to missing an entire day of work because no one was available to attend to my query. If you’re looking for a service provider, I do not recommend Home-connect.
After this review, I am going to request a cancellation of my service.
These people are very unreliable

03 May 2026, 08:53This is a follow-up to the internet outage. Home Connect has not bothered to respond to my query about an internet outage. The WhatsApp agents were not helpful at all. One agent by the name of Sandile Dubazana just cited a 72-hour SLA for the problem to be fixed.
Home Connect is extremely unreliable and my current situation is a testament to that. These guys are not responsive on social media, they are unavailable on the phone.
The most frustrating thing about Home Connect is their WhatsApp agents. These people are not helpful in any way.
Home Connect, I curse your unreliable service and your helpless “Support Department”.
I’m really disappointed.
