Unhappy customer turned happy by great customer service and turnaround

I recently connected a line, and was not a happy customer as the router that I have (and was told could be configured by the sales consultant) was not able to be configured. Multiple calls and several attempts were made. Each of the support agent managers that I dealt with would either not call me back or try and help me but eventually not be able to help. I eventually started talking to managers for help. Every manager that I spoke to was enthusiastic and tried every avenue at their disposal to try and help. And when even that failed, the service that I got was amazing. Happy customer in the end. Great customer service from all the managers that I spoke to.
