Unacceptable

Please do not trust any of the positive reviews on this platform. After having very poor account support from Home-Connect they said they would not give me a refund but would give me a discount if I gave them a positive review on this platform. I have copied in the email text from them regarding and have saved the original email as proof.

HC with their really **** systems has cost me R1700 for nothing in return and now they bill me for a router I received in 2019.

The internet service is excellent but the back office and the customer service is beyond poor. I am disappointed that I actually recommended this ISP to my colleagues, friends and family.
