Tired of waiting

My first experience with home-connect was awesome which led me decide to use them again at my new premises.Big mistake , been waiting for a month to get anyone to come and set us up .I call and get no answers really but to say i should just keep waiting for a call from openserve and its over a month now and im still waiting.I was told we will call you ,we have escalated the matter to find out what the delay is but also still waiting for that call.Its really frustrating especially with working from home and kids that need to use the wifi for school as well.Right now im will to try any other good IPS that will get me on board and not have to wait a lifetime.
