Thumbs up for Thando!

I recently experienced connectivity issues with my Fibre connection, due to an electric storm. When I called Home-Connect, I was assisted by Thando and he was able to talk me through the entire process of getting reconnected. He was competent, patient and respectful and was successful in getting me reconnected. Although I am not techno-savy, his instructions were clear and concise. Thando is a real asset to Home-Connect.
