Thobeka was beyond patient with me. System took forever to download proof of payment but Thobeka was very understanding and gave me time to get it and send it to her. She went further to teach me how to update my debit order date which nobody from home connect explaned how each and quick it is to update such. She was amazing!!!! Job done with passion!!!!!!!
