This shout out goes to Pearl Nefale, ref ***, that helped me on the 23 August 2025. After my initial experience with HC, I delayed setting up the TP-Link that HC sent me, as I cant be without a connection as I work from home sometimes. Pearl not only followed up after my initial call regarding my bad connection she helped also helped me setting up my HC TP Link without any issues. Keep up the good work Pearl, you are one of the very few at HC that should be kept at all cost!
