This is the first time interacting with Home connect at this level and REA has been exceptional! She has gone above and beyond to explain things to me. Called me back when she said she would. So efficient. Openserve needs to come and install and even though they might take long she has been so helpful in articulating the process and the pros and cons there off really making me trust openserve before even using them. She is truly an asset to home connect
