They went above and beyond to assist us after we cancelled with our previous ISP and battled to get the line released but Home connect did not hesitate in assisting us

They went above and beyond to assist us after we cancelled with our previous ISP and battled to get the line released but Home connect did not hesitate in assisting us. Everytime we call in we wait 2 to 5 min for the phone to be answered where as with our previous ISP we waited 20 to 40 min to be assisted. Thank you Home-Connect for good service and for always being friendly and helpful
