Their customer service has been atrocious, and I am yet to receive the refund from their finance team after more than two weeks of back and forth with various representatives, via email and via their whatsapp channel. I am extremely disappointed in their lack of follow-through, considering how quickly they are to send invoice notifications with little to no engagement between actions unless I am the one following up days later. 1/10. Would never recommend.
