the worst Company to ever deal with and they are rude
I logged a call with Home-connect on Monday, saying I have a loss of signal.They very Rudley said that i have to wait 72hrs they are waiting for feedback from link africa and there is nothing they can do. I wasted alot of airtime and time calling them and emailing them the whole time . I work from home and this has caused me to sign a consultation at work for not being productive.

I received several calls from Thulani at link Africa saying that a technician is dispatched to my home address I should wait 4o mins its now 2 hours. I then Receive a call from Silence from home-connect saying that the technician will not be coming to my address the are at the site , God knows which site . They are attending the problem since Monday its been 5 days
