The WhatsApp communication wasn’t as effective as I would have liked as some messages were left unanswered and some requests not escalated , however I did receive a call from Kiara Govender after logging a ticket with customer service who managed to fast track the process and did follow ups on all issues from activation up until everything was set up which was a great service
