The turnaround times are rather disappointing

The turnaround times are rather disappointing. It took 7 days to activate the line, for someone who was moving addresses between two fibre-ready complexes, this should have been resolved much quicker since my router was already pre-configured with Home-Connect. I put in notice and application for moving addresses a month in advance, you should have been ready for me by the first day of occupation, an additional wait of 7 days is unacceptable.
