The staff at Home-Connect are reasonably friendly, but the system is not customer-friendly

The staff at Home-Connect are reasonably friendly, but the system is not customer-friendly. Representatives often couldn't identify or resolve issues, leading to repeated calls. The installation process took nearly two weeks, which is too long compared to other providers. Despite multiple requests, my specific username and Wi-Fi password were not set up. If I had other options, I would have chosen another ISP. I hope the service improves from here on.
