The sales team were very friendly, and the sign-up process easy enough. They could have communicated better with me, as I urgently needed my router and was following up daily, and instead of letting me collect it from their offices 15min from me on the Friday morning, I ended up driving an hour out of where I stay to collect my router from the courier on a Saturday because they would only deliver by Monday COB. Would have preferred either express delivery, or the option to collect as I made it clear from before I signed up that I work for myself and so every moment without internet is a big loss for me. WhatsApp support is also absolutely useless - rather call in to get proper assistance, as they will just give you generic answers without checking your account. Other than that, no issues with the line so far 👌🏻
