The process was smooth from the beginning of my application process up until the end. The only issue I've had is their choice of courier services. I've had a bad experience with The Courier Guy, they were very unprofessional and my package took 3 days longer than should have. No explanation was given and I wouldn't recommend they use them again. I hope Home-Connect will keep the same attitude and professionalism they displayed, for my journey with them.
