The Home-Connect personnel are very helpful and communicative, which I really appreciated this time I moved addresses because I didn't have a phone - so I only had email to communicate with. Regardless, I got prompt responses and patient assistance. The only issue I had was that no one picked up (not even me - although I honestly wouldn't have known) that I had my new address required a subscription to Octotel instead of Openserve, so had I not queried I probably would have had a crazy delay in getting the line up. Other than that, this is the smoothest and quickest experience I have had in moving addresses with Home-Connect - a special thank you to Sheena MacKenzie for helping me get through the last stages of activating the line at the new address - and for understanding the urgency of doing so.
