The customer service is really what you pay for. We had such an issue finding a reputable ISP and sat without internet for 6 weeks. For some reason Vuma did not show on my mobile view as an option (only openserve) and openserve could not work in my garden. So I delayed connecting with Home-connect, but when I did, they offered great support which included call backs at 7pm. I'd highly recommend them as anyone's ISP
