The customer interactions and assurances were outstanding

The customer interactions and assurances were outstanding. I felt like I was dealing with competent and eager people who gave a feel they were genuinely trying to get me assisted as fast as possible... unfortunately this wasn't the case. I waited roughly a 3 weeks for installation and another 10 days or so for the line activation... I'm still waiting for the network configuration, but, I will say I felt taken care of. If not for their wonderful attitude in dealing with me I would have switched ISPs in no time.
