The consultant, Princess, was professional, polite and helpful when interacting with me, gave continuous feedback. She followed through until the matter was resolved which was early morning the next morning. Speedy and efficient service is appreciated, as we are very much dependent on the wi-fi for work, school and post graduate studies. Thanks Princess, Ref 46T4760.
