The company was very professional and prompt in responding to my service install request. They always kept me in the loop regarding the status of my order. There customer service is exceptional and my router arrived but 2 days after my enquiry with the company for fibre. The router came pre configured and it was a simple plug and play solution. The internet speed test shows that I am indeed getting the registered 100mbps download and upload and im already using there service to work from home.
