The company is disconnected with the client and seem to try avoid getting down to it speeds are always an issue they always try to refer you to there app which is **** to begin with and doesn’t resolve the issue, in this case my line is down still however I must commend the service from Phumelela it was great though his communication skills are well versed and friendly attitude does help with the frustration.
