The change over from previous ISP to Home-Connect was quick once the line was released

The change over from previous ISP to Home-Connect was quick once the line was released. I have no long outages but it's only been 2 weeks. My first ticket logged and email sent was attended to after 3 days which is not good. My ticket requested the change over to be cancelled which could explain the fast change over and lack of response. I even call 3 times to enquire about my ticket. Hope this not the case going forward. I understand the need to lock me into a contract so now I cannot cancel until it's feasible. Mixed experience.
