The call center staff are very friendly and helpful, as well as proactive in following up. I had some delays due to the fiber installer ( frogfoot), but this was handled courteously and efficiently by call center staff. Even though they have a WhatsApp help line, it’s great to be able to talk to a real human. Prices are competitive and service so far is great. Greg williams
