The agent Roshan was very friendly and helpful
The agent Roshan was very friendly and helpful. On signing up it was explained clearly that I had to cancel the service with my previous ISP. He even promised to try to get my new connection up and running by 1 June 2024. Unfortunately it was not possible due to technical reasons. Otherwise, the overall service I received from Home Connect was very good.
