I had a problem with getting my connection back after a missed debit order. I contacted the customer service for straight 5days speaking to different consultants with no solution from any of them. Some would promise to call me back after they figured out why my portal doesn't have manage payment /retry payment but never got any feedback from them. Then Nomthandazo, an angel from above, helped me within minutes. She was so kind, polite and very patient with me. She knows how to treat customers.
