Thank you to Kulekani for handling my query with care and efficiency. I called in regarding my slow wifi which affected my working from home for months. The wifi would keep disconnecting and was extremely slow. I tried everything but nothing worked. He helped me with patience,and even told me to call back and ask for him. He managed to sort out my vpn and got me working from home again ! I’m so thankful to him and hope leadership gives him a great pat on his back for excellent service.He is professional,caring ,patient and great at his job!
