Thanks to Khulekani from Home-Connect he was able to help me resolve a problem I've been struggling to solve for the past 6 months. For the past 6 months I've been trying to figure out how my neighbour got my wifi password everytime I called Home-Connect they would tell me it's a vumatel issue and I should take it up with Vumatel when I call Vumatel they would tell me to take it up with my service provider because they don't deal with such and it was always the same story up until today I was assisted by Khulekani and instead of bouncing me off to Vumatel he was patient enough and took him time to figure out the problem and solve it. I am happy with the service I received from Khulekani. He did his job with passion and respect, with that said I say he deserves a wooooooooo shame!!! Because he loves his job and his dedicated to it, we need more customer service agents like Khulekani who do their jobs with love and don't stop until the problem is resolved. Thank you so much Khulekani, you deserve a promotion because of you outdid yourself and you are 100 times better than all those agents who never attempted to help me.
