I raised a ticket with Home-Connect, Mpho Singo gave me a call this afternoon and I explained my issue. He was friendly, professional and very efficient. He said that he would provide me with feedback by Monday. To my surprise 20 minutes later he called me, after chatting with his Managers my issue was discussed and resolved. I will definitely remain a loyal customer of Home-Connect because of him.
