Thank you for great support.
I have recently had two problems with my WIFI connection. In both cases consultants responded to my call for assistance and patiently assisted me to do the required fault analyses and localised the fault. In one case the fault was on my side and in the other the fault was with the Vumatel connection. Problems solved !!! This is the kind of painless support that one expects and received. Thank you !!!
