I placed an order and paid for the Vuma reach program under Home-connect on the 14th of March... After many back and forth calls with Vuma and home-connect for weeks my issue wasn't resolved, worse... I get an email saying my application has been cancelled and I was willing to get a refund and try another ISP but 1 home-connect agent Named Amy called me and her enthusiasm to help me was outstanding, going out her way to make sure my application is renewed and resolving the payment issue so that installation can proceed it's amazing.

So thank you Amy for a valiant effort to help me even if installation hasn't happened yet when I'm writing this I'm confident that your hard work will not go in vain
