Terrible service's

Terrible services and incompetence. My internet has been down since Thursday. I called and they said they logged a ticket only to find out that my ticket was only logged on Friday.

Technicians come and make excuses first it was the fact that they have no ladder, now they saying its the rain they will come when it stops. They left, the rain even stopped and started over again and then are no where to be found. I work 100% remotely and my job is on the line but no one cares they will tell you about Vuma
