Terrible service provider plus Double billing

I was double-billed before I had even received my SIM card, five days after placing the order. When I requested a refund, I was informed that I would need to wait 14 working days for the payment to reflect on their system before they could begin processing the refund.

In addition, when I enquired about the delivery of my SIM card, no clear timeline was provided. I was repeatedly told that the SIM card was still being processed, without any indication of when it would be delivered.

Overall, the experience has been frustrating due to poor communication, delayed service, and billing issues.
