Terrible service from Home-Connect and OpenServe

I have been a customer of Home-connect for the past 2 years,and have had good service. But i am moving home now, and I chose to stay with Home-Connect but to use OpenServe. I am struggling to get OpenServe to come to install my Fibre at my new home. They keep on making appointments and dont stick to it. I keep on asking Home-Connect for help, but they dont seem to care at all. My contract is with Home-Connect and not with OpenServe. I expected better service and help from Home-Connect.
